My initial attempts at meditation were fraught with restlessness. Sitting still was an ordeal, and quieting the mind seemed an impossible feat. Each session felt like a battle, with my thoughts charging in like relentless warriors. Yet, there was this subtle, unexplainable shift each time I persisted. It even led me to explore other realms of self-discovery, such as astrology and biorhythms, which have complemented my journey towards inner peace. Meditation hasn't made life's obstacles disappear, but it has granted me the resilience and clarity to face them with a steadier heart.
